I would like to know if the product is authentic

Can you ship to my country?
For Italy, we'll give you free shipping if you spend at least €30! In Europe, however, it becomes free for orders over €200. Unfortunately, we don't reach other continents at the moment, but we're working to change this situation
Can I return the product if it arrives damaged?
If the product was damaged during shipping, we have insurance with the carrier.
If the return is not related to the carrier and you simply no longer want the item, it must be returned in its original condition – unopened and unused. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to ship the product after purchase?
If you place an order from Monday to Friday, we will ship it within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery.
