Enriched with colored pigments, this classic eye pencil leaves a line that emphasizes and redefines the shape of the eyes easily and precisely both outside and inside the lash line. Choose from a range of colors to match eyeshadows or eye color. Suitable for both above and below the eye, to create the look you desire. Anhydrous paste enriched with pigments (about 32%) and mica, shaped and then inserted into the pencil.
