After Eau des Merveilles in 2004, Elixir des Merveilles in 2006, and Eau Claire des Merveilles in 2010, the olfactory story "of Wonders" by Hermès continues with a new chapter.
This year, the maison has launched L’Ambre des Merveilles, a new feminine fragrance with pronounced oriental and vanilla accents. The signature is by the nose Jean-Claude Ellena, who describes it as follows: "With Eau des Merveilles, I sought to express a non-floral, very woody femininity with character, with Elixir, I desired a gourmand and provocative composition, with Eau Claire I wanted clarity, transparency, lightness: with L'Ambre, however, the woman becomes sensual and mysterious. For this new chapter of the story, my goal was to tell one of the mysteries of amber, between delight and sensuality."
The perfume's bouquet consists of amber, associated with labdanum, vanilla, and patchouli.
